Ellington Lofts

Lived here for one year and loved it. It's a luxury apartment building, so expect to pay accordingly. Prime location as it is walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. Good choice for those at DMC or Wayne State. Traffic can be congested due to Whole Foods, but it's not too bad.

I can’t imagine this being a nice place to live. From online it looks nice, but their customer service is awful... meaning that their responsiveness to fixing tenants problems has got to be even worse. I called a few weeks ago to set up an appointment to tour the building. Left a message. Got a call back today but was unable to take it. Called the number back (having forgot about trying to visit) and got a very confused woman saying “no... no. I didn’t call this number... WAIT. We’re you interested in looking at the Ellington in Detroit?” Girl, not anymore I’m not!

Greatest location ever...8 minutes from walking from Lions and Tigers. Grocery store behind and minutes from everywhere in downtown Detroit.

Great location and high-end finishes!
