I was a previous tenant of the Bervean apartments, 102. My Experience with elite only went downhill from the start. They started off communicative and the second I moved in it felt as if they didn’t care about me. We had the only in unit washer and dryer in the building in which they charged us extra for, which I wouldn’t have minded if it worked. It took them months to fix, and the whole time we were charged extra for something we didn’t have. The first alarming thing I noticed was holes in our trash bags, and in our stored food.
