Taking company to court because ended up renting a home in the Roselle area that is riddled with problems from flooding basement ,leaking roof, improper sun tank that had clean water pouring into sewage line! Which is a 10,000 fine. Spent 6,000 in repairs for mold removal and sun tank replacement amongst cleaning bills! I have an entire family from baby to elderly mom living here. Jeffrey brookman the owner, is my landlord best friend so they send harassing phone calls daily trying to bully us to hurry and move. I was only offered my security back not moving cost or inconvenience fees! The owner of the property is Mr Brookman’s friend. I’m giving this place a low rating because they take way too long to respond. On top of that, they made me pay a $45–$50 application fee to help me find a rental, but they never contacted me. When I tried reaching out again, they told me I had to pay for another application through their online platform for verification. This was frustrating because I ended up using another site, Zillow, where I only paid $25, filtered my search based on my needs, and found a place quickly.

I had abad experience with this company . i reached out to them for one property in which I never got see after being asked if I wanted to see it. I got text messages from 4-5 different people asking if i could come to office as if noone was on the same page. This all happened within 24 hours. I then went to the office and was told to fill out an application so they can open a file. I did the application amd then was told to stay amd pick apartments i wanted to see off a list of over 50 apartments. I chose some amd sent it back to them in text messages. I got no responses for about a week amd half. I even spent money to do a NTN report with them taking money from what I was saving to get an apartment. So I went to these people because I was looking for a 3 bedroom apartment, but they were very unprofessional, there was a lot of miscommunication between the agent, owners of apartment, and the secretary(Maria) each one of them kept giving me different story regarding the requirements to move in, the amount kept changing, they told us owner would take care of commission, then at the last minute they tell us that after landlord saw my fiancé’s paystubs, he refused to pay them the commission, so therefore we would have to pay it, they put us through a lot, not to give us the apartment at the end after they had promised us it was ours. I’m very upset because they knew I was dealing with rental assistance and had very limited time to send paperwork in. So now me and my kids have no apartment,

Never again will i ever pay Elite Intriago to help find apartment . 2 to 3 weeks ago prior from today i was called in to the office to feel a application. When i was charged a $45 fee for a application process. I was then sent a listing of multiple apartments to choose from . 1 out of 3 apartments was viewed …. The other 2 was not able to be viewed from or the realtor did not have a key … I then was told to pay another $45 fee for a NTN background check on 1 of the apartments that was supposedly placed a offer in for me … Now i have a good credit score and a non criminal history and for the past week not one agent got back to me to let me know if i was approved or denied … I even contacted Jeffery himself and all he did is forward my calls to his agents who even dont pick up or return any
