I love living here. From the first day - the staff the management - everyone have been so welcoming. A special thank you to the ladies in the leasing office - Leah and Jay. They work hard.to make our home better. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and I love this building. Amazing lobby team - trustworthy maintenance staff!!!! And the security guards are always there to make sure we are safe. Any question or concern I have - everyone works to have always find a solution. Apartment maintenance is quick and reliable. Building maintenance is highly questionable with the gym equipment. If you move here for the gym, don't count on it. Gym isn't even an option when you put in a maintenance request - and building management won't even reply to email questions about the gym maintenance request or give you any informed updates. The leasing specialist is awesome and put in a call to get the leg press machine ordered after me going down to the office 4 times. Put in a maintenance request for the leg press machine in October of last year. That work order status was only marked as delayed with no reason provided for over a month. Thanks to the leasing specialist an order has been approved to get a working leg press machine. That happened in January of this year for

The staff in the rental office polite and very helpful. I didn't particularly care for the apartments. I shown 3 units. One I was informed was clean and ready for occupancy. I didn't think it was clean. The white kitchen cabinets were dirty. In fact I found the common areas in the building to be poorly maintained. The mens locker was under renovation and there was no clear idea when that work would be done. I second apartment I viewed I was told was recently vacated and still needed to be cleaned. It also smelled of cigarette smoke which the agent also acknowledged. I have several buildings in the area and was the worst.

Loved my time living here, the concierge staff and the maintenance crew is great. My only problem is that they did not fix the bowling alley for a long time which might be something a lot of people should know before they decide to rent here. I moved away to the West Coast but otherwise I would have loved to continue living here!

I lived in this apartment for 2 years and overall the experience was not what I would have expected for how much the apartments cost. Things especially seemed to go downhill after renewing the lease. I want to share my experience so that anyone looking to live here can have the full picture of what the expect before signing the lease. The following are the biggest issues I had while living there: * When I first signed the lease, I had my own renter’s insurance. When that insurance period ended, I enrolled in the apartment’s renter’s insurance offered through the rental portal.
