Ok, here's the deal. Nice apartments, yes. But they raised the rent significantly after first year. No option for month to month even though it's all that is needed for the next 6 months. Our daughter is moving out because her rent was going WAY up after her first lease ended. 20 percent increase after one year. Not cool.
Nice tucked away apartment complex. Nice & quiet.
Nice small community, but to costly for me.
