Elevate at Dawson Forest

Since the new manager took over, the property has been in great condition. Everything is well-maintained, communication is clear, and any concerns are handled quickly. As a resident, I truly enjoy living here and appreciate the positive changes that have been made. Highly recommend!

I was supposed to receive an Amazon gift card in December because of a promotion they were running. It is Dec. 31st and so far no card. I have asked about it 3 different times and the only response I get is "Any day now". My power bill is much more than it should be. Probably because of poor insulation. The water bill is daylight robbery. I've had a water bill directly from the city at a house for many years, and not once was it close to what I've paid here. From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed not only by how well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing everything is but by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Lisa, the Assistant Manager, stands out in particular. She’s always super helpful, friendly, and approachable. Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, she’s been quick to respond and genuinely cares about the residents. STAY FAR AWAY!! When we first toured these apartments they looked nice and management was kind, when we moved in, we signed our lease with water damage in our outside patio closet with the understanding that it would be fixed. Almost a year and a half later it is not fixed but much worse. Management (Laura and Lisa) is rude, very unprofessional and flat out will do anything to avoid doing their job. They refused to answer the phone or call you back, respond to emails and will EVEN go as far as to locking the leasing office during business hours to avoid helping residences! We just moved my daughter into a one bedroom apartment at Dawson Forest. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end! From touring with Elissa to completing the application process to the move in experience - all seamless! The apartment was clean and fresh when we moved in. Elissa answered all of our questions throughout the process and made us all feel very comfortable and confident. Rates are very comparable to surrounding area. Location is extremely convenient and neighborhood is a gated community.
