Elan Paseo Vista

We had a fantastic experience renting an apartment through Elan Paseo Vista, and Alma, the assistant community manager, has been wonderful. She’s always prompt in responding to emails and very cooperative. The apartment they provided for my mom is beautiful, and the whole process has been hassle free. We highly recommend them!

We have a new management company and the property manager, Alma, is killing it!! Lovely young woman who is ambitious and eager to do her job. I am so pleased with her performance as are other tenants here!

The maintenance man is amazing and the only good thing about these apartments. Good luck trying to get in contact with the office if you need anything. They wont answer phones, respond to emails, or be there.

I used to live on the third floor, the next door neighbor an older lady had a dog who would piss all over the back patio.. I could hear it and smell it she let the dog poop there as well and she would just hose it down. The manager is rude she’ll text you to clean up stuff that falls from the trees onto your patio because it looks bad according to her . When they have over a thousand crows daily pooping all over the place and she’s concerned about tree branches.. I am pretty sure that the people that live there are the ones that break into your garages . Make sure to get a lock , then again even if you don’t have valuables you can’t trust leaving your cars in there. Wait until you move out they charge you extra on top of what is already payed just because they want money from you for no re

Management neglects to to fix hazards and are never in the office. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone and when they do finally schedule a maintenance appointment with you, no one shows up nor do they answer the phone or give an explanation as to why they are not showing up. This has happened a multitude of times with this new management company. Very disappointing and frustrating
