Eight Winds

Eight winds has been such a great experience from getting the lease started and moving in, Kate has been an absolute lifeline to us! She has been there for every question we had and went out of her way to really help us get this apartment in such a timely manner that we had peace of mind up until our moving day. We couldn't be any more happier with our new home and Joby we couldn't be any more thankful for, he was in the office by himself waiting for us to move in that day because we had a long trip all the way from New Jersey just to move here. I don't even know where to start on these apartments, Our balcony has such an amazing view of the amenities. Very happy living here. Office staff was great and wonderful maintenance staff - all of them are so fast and helpful. Fun events at the pool and gym has a lot to work with. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Great place to live!!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The management team is outstanding—always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Maintenance is equally impressive; requests are handled promptly and done right the first time. The property is well-kept. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an stress-free living experience!

From the moment we moved in, the experience at this apartment complex has been amazing. I’m reading all these bad reviews and wondering who peed in their cheerios for them to write these. My husband and I moved in beginning of August and we have had no crazy issues at all other than your typical apartment complex things. Yes, the countertops had to be replaced complex wide. But hey, they got replaced! Other complexes would just let that issue go. Yes, you can hear your neighbors above you… as you do in any apartment, unless you’re on the top floor and don’t have neighbors above you. The leasing staff are some of my most favorite people ever. They’re kind, understanding, compassionate, and so much more! And they host so many fun activities for ALL residents (pet of the month, food trucks, flower bouquet making, movie nights, fitness classes, etc.)! Maintenance is awesome! They
