So the prices of laundry facilities are going up in 2026 yet the washers are incredibly old and don’t wash the laundry well and there’s no way to put it on an extra spin cycle. If you find out that your clothes are still loaded down with water for free. If you’re gonna raise the price of washing laundry, could you put some new washers in there? Better yet would be to at least put a washer in each unit since your pantries are on the water line.

Swiss Valley - Wyoming, MI. The rental price is ridiculous for this area. Rent is increased to compete with local competitors, but units have the bare minimum. No washer/dryer, dishwasher, dog park (for dog friendly apartments), community events, etc. The pool is usually closed a few times during the summer for mechanical issues. All utilities are included except for electric, which is nice. NO central AC, and we all know AC units spike your electric bills, and truthfully you’re lucky if you get air conditioning to work on those old units, half the time it’s blowing warm air. Haven’t had to go to maintenance or the office for much, so can’t review much on them.

Overall, Foxwood is a good option for a place to live. The location is nice. Highway noise is sometimes noticeable just due to proximity, but isn't too distracting. The sidewalks both in the complex & in the adjoining neighborhood, plus the grassy areas are nice for walks or just being outside. I'm glad I have an outside space my toddler can enjoy. Usually maintenance responds pretty quickly to issues. The views are also a lot nicer than many other apartment complexes. The buildings don't smell bad which was an issue I noticed when touring other options. I love having in unit washer & dryer. It's a perk that's hard to find elsewhere! We lived at Glenn Valley in Battle Creek for about 2 years and there were a lot of great features that drew us in. Great scenery, nice pool, spacious apartments. We also lived with Edward Rose at a different property and had a great experience. However, this past year has been an absolute nightmare. My husband and I had NUMEROUS issues. 1. We were charged over $500 for having to replace the carpets. Because we lived here for so long, we’ve seen so many rolled up carpets in the dumpsters so we thought it was standard to replace them - definitely not our security deposit and more. We also paid so much money in pet fees and with the security deposit that you would think it would be included in rent to replace the carpet, but no. Be careful I guess. :/ 2.
