Edison on the Charles Apartments by Windsor

My husband and I have been living here for about 8 months now and we are loving it!! The apartment layout, location, appliances (loving the in unit laundry and gas stove), amenities, staff, maintenance, and community events are all worth 5 stars! Last night, I went to the Halloween community event where we painted pumpkins, had themed snacks and got to meet a lot of neighbors. Shout out to Jessie for putting it together, it was really great. This is our first time living in Massachusetts and we’re so glad to have found Edison on the Charles.

Edison is a wonderful place to live. The building is consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. The amenities are modern and actually usable — from the common areas to the fitness space, everything feels high-quality and cared for. The apartments themselves have great appliances and finishes that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. It strikes the perfect balance between being quiet and peaceful while still offering a genuine sense of community among residents. I’ve felt very comfortable and at home here. I would absolutely recommend Edison to anyone looking for a well-kept, welcoming place to live.

We’ve had an amazing experience living here! The staff has been beyond friendly and incredibly helpful from day one. Maintenance requests are handled faster than anywhere we’ve lived usually resolved within minutes of being submitted. The team goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly especially Jessie! She truly is the BEST (along with all of them). We also appreciate how organized the package room is! It make it easy for all my Amazon orders. We’re so thankful for the staff and the wonderful community we’ve built over the past few months. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a dog friendly, well managed place to live!

First of all a big shout out to Jessie Dilberto. The entire time I was a resident at Edison on the Charles she was my go-to property manager. Always helpful. I loved living at Edison on the Charles. I give it very high marks. I had the opportunity to take an early retirement from my career over recent months, and that necessarily included some down-sizing. So while I have now moved out, my experiences at Edison were always very positive. Great community, location, atmosphere, and amenities. 👨🏻‍💻

Wonderful experience living here for over 2 years. The staff members are fantastic and very kind. For example, Jessie does an incredible job as a manager. She organizes extremely fun events, such as a Valentine's event featuring flowers for people to arrange in little vases, plus yummy treats. As another example, she organized a fun Halloween event during which residents also brought books for a communal bookshelf. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do!!!
