I am in apartment, 408. I am leaving this message on Google because I won’t the head people to know that our proper management. she is a wonderful She she treats everybody the same. She never changes. Her attitude is pleasant at all times she talk with so much dignity and Moreland she’s support us over here at the building. Anything we need as we put our work orders in she make it her business to get the mat over here the maintenance over to see about what’s going on. I never encountered or never had an issue. I will say I don’t live here or have seen the apartments themselves, however the property manager Epiphany was very generous and helpful over the phone. I have actually never had any phone call with any other company as nice as the one I just had. She answered my long list of questions with amazing detail and relieved me of all concerns.

They get 0 stars. This place is horriable. They can never keep a reliable manager, or mantenaince man. I understand why. When some of my family and friends first moved to Edgewood, it seem like things were going to be great, but immediate problems took place. While out of town, the refrigerator stop working. All the food was damaged. It took them almost a month to make a decision, and their decision was to have the tenants get a refrigerator from an empty apartment. Guess what? The tenants had to move both refigerators themselves. Ridicious!!! Then the hot water heater stop working in the fall and winter season. The tenants have toddlers. Apartment area aren't as clean as when I first moved in, maintenance is unkept. Landlords are recycled frequently. Security is extremely needed. All issues cooperate is aware. Was advised by last year's landlord that rent will increase by $50/yr until the maximum amount is reached for your particular unit. As of now she's correct.

I have called the main office multiple times on different weekdays to check on the availability of apartments but no one answers the phone. I have left at least 3 voicemail messages asking for someone to call me back but no one has replied. My girlfriend and I have visited the office during the week on random days but no one is at the office. The calls and visits have all occurred over the last month. If this is any indication of how the apartment management conducts business, then I prefer not to rent from them. Edit: I was finally able to speak to someone from the office and I was disappointed to learn that the apartments were classified as low income housing and that the combined income of my girlfriend and I is too high to qualify for an apartment.
