If there was ever a go to person to choose from at Edge Merrimack River Apts it would be Juliette. My son was entering his first year at college in Sept. and there was so much confusion what to do. Juliette was the kindest, sweetest and most patient person. She took us every step of the way from how to choose an apartment, the paperwork, insurance etc. Whenever I have a question, she is always there quickly and professionally to answer. She has a huge heart and truly the best!!! We love her!!!

From the moment she gave us the tour to the moment we were approved and accepted into the unit, she made us feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. Edith was incredibly informative, sweet, and patient. She took her time answering all our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a international PhD Student from Chile who moved in September 2024 to Lowell, Massachusetts, for the first time, I highly recommend the Edge Merrimack River apartments, not just for its greats facilities, quietness (excellent to study and rest), optimal location near by UMass East Campus (5 minutes walk) and the Lowell's historical downtown, and the amenities like free high-speed wifi, in-house gym, common spaces to chill-out, in apartment wash and dryer, and the list goes on. Along with these, the kindness of the administration teams people, lead by mr. Bryan Parents, is something really makes the differences. Looking for a place with constant problems: Welcome to the Edge Merrimack. A very pretty and clean place that brings you nothing but ISSUES. From constant smoke/carbon monoxide detectors going off in the apartment and the whole building, 3 building evacuations in a month, roommate issues, and boyfriends moving in without permission. The list goes on and on. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a place. And the worst: management does not assist with any of these issues. People working in the unit are constantly changing- not to mention the manager that was yelling in the office shortly after my move in of how bad it is there. Definitely not recommended for PhD students. A very beautiful place with too many issues. Stay away! Not worth the money.

Im a student who moved here from Michigan for a summer internship. The living area is very nice, with great accessibility to downtown Lowell. The monthly events are for the must part enjoyable. Ethan at the front desk has been very helpful with any and all questions I've had. My complaint would that the study rooms on each floor are not open 24/7.
