As a past apartment manager of Nevada Woods apartments in Grass Valley. Cleaning many, many apartments after someone moves out... We left this apartment in far better shape than when we moved had moved in. After multiple maint. requests asked for and completed by the manager while we lived here. The place was almost perfect other than major weather proofing needing to be done around windows and doors. Anyway. I'll get to the point... Our deposit was stolen. The place was immaculate.. better than we moved in, and they still took our deposit... I'm going to post pictures showing a 4th time vacuum and empty bin on each (vacuum just the living room area 4 times) on the day we originally moved in. The worst apartments, Ozzy the manager never helps on anything, the apartments have roaches, Sally the boss of Ozzy do not care about it, please do yourself a favor and do not rent there.
