La Hacienda Apartments

I love where i live I've been here 3 and a half years. I feel very safe in my gated community, it's quiet. And i really appreciate my on site management. It really makes paying the rent more convenient. We have community meeting's. Our new manager takes care of business she very much on top of things,she's very much aware of what's going on in our community. So if you want comfort,safety, an to peacefully remain with a peace of mine stress free consider living here at the La Hacienda

I stopped by to pick up an application to apply and the manager was friendly. He was also very informative and knowledgeable. The apartments seem nicely kept and I like the citrus trees.

Excellent living conditions for disabled and mentally challenged. low income and very safe environment excellent management the best this complex has ever had. mahonale waters is genuine warm hearted kind an caring. she will work with you as long as your honest and upfront with her and and don't try and play her stupid it's very insulting n disrespectful to someone that has the credentials that she has. and she approaches u with politeness and kindness. and she will do her very best of assistance to help solve any complications or situations. so despite what the last rating That was posted that's SLANDER!!! VERY FALSE AND SICKENING COMING FROM AN ADULT THAT'S OLDER THAN ME AND MANAGEMENT

I know it's low income renters only but I've never seen a management company run out of place is miserably at least people do the old property manager passed away God rest your soul but she was a b**** that place has so much potential yet fear rules the day there such a shame

I just moved in, so nice and quiet. Going to miss Norma, she is such a great and nice lady.
