Indio Desert Palms Apartments

I had to call code enforcement.they went to the office.to speak about this issue.laking water from the celling.for 2'years.had a bucket to catch the water leak. If you need help to with problems issues on you apartment.email code enforcement.they will enforce the law your rights as a renter .the next day they send a contractor to fix this matter.since the new management took over 5 years ago Solaris Enterprise went down with the property they cut 2 maintenance guys they keep one who can't deal with the repairs or work orders of this property and the staff at the office they incompetent to manage the property period!!!

I been living here for 2years the apartments are nice and remodel. They are kids friendly and they have a afters school program. Management and Maintenance are very Professional, Paulina the Assistant manager is very professional and helpful has help me since day 1. Very happy to live here.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years, great place to live peaceful and quiet. They are kid and pet friendly with activities in the office and a new dog park. Management is great and professional as well as maintenance. Rent is affordable, would really recommend living here if you like a quiet, friendly, and affordable neighborhood.

I would like to take the time to give them Allanza Apartments the lowest rate . This is a false advertisement. It’s not as nice as the pictures show the Maintenance sucks . Everything is bad . The parking lot is always full . This is no private apartments the gate doors are mostly always broken so everyone in the public has access to come in any time. The office people are so unprofessional. This is not the first time they just close the office and leave no note saying they will be close or what’s going on . They open and close the office at whatever time it benefits them . They live in the apartments and I’ve seen them a couple of times going in and out of there apartment to the office . They manage this apartments really bad . People need access to pay laundry cards and service and compl

This apartment and condos are nice and remodeled the price is great for what you get , the main manager is a great guy,and friendly Paulina the assistant is excellent she is really helpful since day one she is professional and respectful. The management crew is on point to I would recommend to give it a try if you looking for a place to call home.
