Vintage Palms Apartments

They used to have a really good manager who was very proactive but the new one is very unaware of tenant rights and doesn’t know what she is doing. Got my car wrongfully towed. Laundry machines don’t work. Pool is always closed, there’s always homeless guys roaming around the property. Gates don’t work. Manager hardly ever answers the phone even when she asks you to call her back. You can’t even contact her via email to request a work order. Security on property has gotten better but non of the walk thru gates work, locks are broken.

Really has improved significantly in the last 2 years ever since they switch management. Jessica the manager is always helpful and taking care of maintenance issues in a timely manner and also makes sure the grounds are taken care of. Also I have lived in 2 different units and NO BUGS! Very family friendly apartments and it’s actually pretty quiet calm and safe for the location.

Been here for 3 months, management does not get back to you for repairs or any communication. Had my car wrongfully towed from the spot which I pay for monthly and have to pay 415 dollars to get it back. Awful communication and management at this complex. Neighbors leave garbage everywhere as well. overall avoid in my personal opinion.

Do not move in here there is mold and they only have one washer and one dryer that's working in the laundry facility first 78 units management is nice but this place is horrible they need to update it as far as mold and laundry facilities they keep upping our rent but can't offer more than one washer or dryer I just don't understand

Daughter just moved there and nice place, roomy and great views from any direction. Staff gave us key even though we got there after hours so we could spend first night in her new apartment.
