Edenbridge Apartments

My boyfriend moved in a few weeks ago. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new. Stainless steel appliances. Wood flooring, new ceiling fans. The hallways are spotless! Very well maintained. Entry is Secure. The neighbors are friendly! Senior citizens are aware and great security. Quiet and clean. Large parking lot. Very happy. Reasonable rent. Very close to old Tinley park with many restaurants and Metra trains to go downtown if I wish. His credit was fair/good range and I was accepted. He is retired and income sufficient and is very pleased. Completely renovated

Trying to tour an available apartment today, website says open 9-3 and Google says open 9-3. No one is here and no one is picking up the phone. Misleading.

Residents were very polite. Office manager Monica could be more efficient, & welcoming with availability of paper work instead of printing on demand. Also I haven't apartment hunting in 8yrs. I'm a senior on a fixed income, which I was appalled that I would need 3 times the apt as income, and or cosigner! I never had had a cosigner my life! Just my thoughts GEE Spears

If you're thinking about renting here, look elsewhere. Not worth the time or money. My mom has lived there for many yrs. It was ok until management started to change. Looks like a management company took over and they are the worst people ever to deal with. Not only do they raise the rent quite a bit every yr but now they make everyone pay for water and garbage which should be included in the rent. The apartments are pretty dated so they really need a remodel bad. Their maintence crew isn't the greatest either. It takes forever to get something done. The people in the office are very rude and basically do not want to do any work. It's a shame they keep lazy people. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. You will be much happier.
