We changed to Cardinal Management a couple years ago. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, is available to answer questions and attends all our HOA meetings. Highly recommend them.

8/15/2025 - The people who run Cardinal are deceptive to senior citizens & retaliate against you. My condo building had severe sewer problems. I started getting a sewer smell in my condo. Cardinal calls me & says they are sending a plumber that I didn’t ask for & then bill me for $170. I even kicked the plumber out & told him I didn’t want him in my condo. Cardinal did this to 2 other seniors. Here is the mess below that Cardinal made our building owners of a 3 story building w/o circulation in hallways for 4 days in 100 heat June. Then Cardinal purposely called all 3 of us senior citizens and said they were sending a plumber to see what the issues were. Then, all of us receive bills! Cardinal has been ignoring my work orders for some time. Our fire alarm wasn’t working for 2 months after

Got a no parking violation that left no information of the company on the sticker also it’s parked exactly where it’s supposed to be with no issues yet I’m getting a notice for tow?????? Huge waste of my time.

First of all terrible in every aspect will never do another hoa, been in this hoa for almost 4 years list of problems since I moved in mainly communication ,when they started tearing up the parking lot at 530am on a school day with no notification best of all they didn't even do the whole lot just the middle emailed them the same day or next day but it was Thursday 8/29/24 and to this day no response, then comes this past Sunday 6/1/25 wife's going to take our daughter to her softball parade in mokena go outside her jeep is gone, i figured why not call the tow company and guess what it got towed for expired plates but the plates weren't expired yes the sticker wasnt up to date ,i paid for the registration online may 8th and before yall comment the state of Illinois gives you 30 days from t
