Place really needs new staff and new management place got rid of a good guy that had 2 American bullies ladies in the management office kept taking him to court saying he owed rent since 2020 had to be a lie cause why was he still in building in 2023 then they lied n said dogs where aggressive u wouldn’t hear a peep out his animals and they where very friendly with people in the building cause they didn’t bark n he had paper from Dr saying he can have them I hope that guy who stayied in apt 718 is ok but those ladies at that office are big liars also they need to be fired and lose there job cause they are underhanded and very sneaky also it’s a guy on the bottom floor has the same kind of dog guy had on 7th floor but they made him have to get rid of his dogs and the dog guy has on bottom

PART ONE OF THREE What could be a really nice “fixed-income” apartment complex in a thriving township has devolved into a cliche of “low income, project style living”. There are squatters (homeless folks) that stay here in an almost permanent basis. I can name four off-hand as fact. Laundry room is filled with “for pay” machines (not exorbitant) pricing, however The machines are not well maintained, sometimes they don’t work at all, but you can’t get your money back,, and often times you will find small holes in your clothing from the dryer that are very old. There seems to be no remedy for this to get fixed as I have tried on three separate occasions ———— They have been trying to get my heat right for the last three years. PART TWO There are two vending machines in the building that work when they want to sometimes they just take your money and don’t dispense anything. They have phone numbers listed on them for help and I have called all of them and every single conversation was pushed back on me and I was never refunded any money. That’s a small issue, but it’s annoying The trash… While there’s a whole series that’s been documented about the trash compliments of channel 10 news in New Jersey Department of health When I first moved here, I had items coming to help furnish my apartment and they were all stolen immediately out of the mail room. When I brought this to management attention, the response was “ We don’t have cameras in the mail room so we don’t know who’s doing it”. I think another way to say t

If I could give it zero stars, I would My mom is been living there for 5 yrs and every time something brakes I have to deal with a rude woman who works in the office, she’s always on the phone, it’s very hard to understand her accent, she never knows anything, and I even had to tell the manager (Denise) how rude she was but she’s still there so I guess there’s no other choice but deal with her Now it’s 2025. The front door has no lock so anybody can get inside. They’ve been stealing my mom‘s packages that they leave inside the mail room. The secretary doesn’t do anything. She gets mad when somebody complains, is getting out of hand. Is such a nice area, but the building is a mess, the management has to step up and do something

Overall, the community is nice but the pest control has been an uprising problem when people don't throw out their trash and overflow the trashcheute room.The Privacy level is sometimes a concern but I have no major issues.
