Echelon Glen Apartments

**Avoid this place at all costs.** I stayed @ 286 Echelon Glen .There is **absolutely no maintenance**, and when you move out they will **hit you with every charge they can invent** — stove, cupboards, carpet, fans, lights, everything — even after 5 years of living there. I paid for **professional cleaning** and even **painted the unit myself**, and they still made up bogus charges. They also **refuse to return the security deposit**, no matter how many times you ask. Keep every **move‑in photo and document**, because they will try to pin **fake damages** on you the moment you leave. If you don’t have proof, they’ll make you pay $1000 + charges for things you never damaged.

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. If you’re thinking about moving here, please don’t or move to any of the other properties they own. They don’t even care about the employees who work for them. They make them buy their own golf transportation to service 3 properties. The staff does the best they can with very limited resources. As for us, we lived there first almost 6 years. Our kitchen sink fell out and we were without use of our kitchen for a week. We had to buy 3 meals a day for 7 days straight without any reimbursement for our expenses. There were drain flies and smelly, stagnant water in the bathrooms and in the laundry room. I’ve lived at Echelon Glen Apartments for 2 years now and I have no complaints. The community is quiet and friendly. The staff is also friendly. The common areas are always clean and manicured. Living here has really been a joy. Over the 2 years, there has been continuous improvement of the exterior of the apartments which I find as a good thing. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous, usually addressing issues within 24 hours. I did have an issue with my apartment that lasted several months but the maintenance team did everything in their power to identify the issue and eventually got it fixed. I would 100% recommend Echelon Glen.

Echelon Glen Apartments is one of the top rental communities in Voorhees, NJ. The location is exceptionally convenient, with easy access to PATCO, NJ Transit buses, the public library, soccer and tennis facilities, as well as major retailers like Walmart and Target—all within a five-minute radius. The maintenance team is outstanding—responsive, professional, and efficient. Any issues we've encountered were resolved promptly and within expected timelines, which speaks to their commitment to resident satisfaction. The community is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, featuring amenities such as children’s play areas, a dog park, and expansive open green spaces that enhance the living experience. Very convenient place to live. A slightly above average apt. I did have a mice issue a few times. Maintenance and the exterminator did what they could i guess to seal entry points. The corners of the rooms had a very visible over flow of rodent foam block and a few mice traps scattered throughout the apartment. Not something you want to see.
