This place randomly texts you hoping you'll sell them your property. No idea how they got my number. Edit: I originally said something out of frustration that I shouldn't have, and to the owner of this business I do apologize. While I do not look forward to getting random texts, phone calls, etc. from businesses I am not associated with, I do understand that this can be a way of drumming up business and can easily be opted out of.

Ed was very understanding of the situation and was extremely professional and up front with the entire process. We had no prior experience with this process and he was open and walked us through the entire process. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone that needs to sell their house in a quick and easy manner. ebh is a sham. they use old contractors as their public domain. brian cole runs whole company. he uses ebh accounts to purchase materials, drinks, ect to run company at his will. he is a virus. homes are reparied by mediocre builders at best!!! brian cole is a virus. DO NOT PURCHASE A EBH PROPERTY
