Ebey Arms Apartments

New management is extremely rude. They're in forcing rules that are not within peoples leases. They are not doing the research to find out if people do or don't have parking passes. They are not maintaining the building. My goodness do not make the mistake of parking inside the building area. They tow your car away on a Whim. I have visually seen how they treat senior citizens and disabled. If you want to be harassed this is a good place to live. If you don't want to be harassed recommend it. I truly feel bad for people on a fixed income. They bully take advantage and are prejudice too other. They don't ask questions they don't discuss. you better not a question their authority!

A beautiful place to live! Our Manager Kinsley is very helpful, always cheerful and makes our complex a great place to live!

Staff has always had my back even when things got rough over the pandemic. Residents for the most part are considerate and watchful and supportive.

Carol the Manger bent over backwards to help me get into an apartment. People are very pleasant as well.

I lived at Abey arms for a short time the train is way too loud shakes the building drives you nuts
