Ebenezer-Primm Towers

I'm deeply concerned and disheartened by the recent developments at a once-revered senior housing facility. Under new management, the focus has shifted from compassionate care to profit, severely impacting the well-being of both residents and staff. Employees facing workplace injuries are met with indifference, and the seniors, who deserve the utmost respect and care, are subjected to increasing neglect. Unjustified rent hikes and manipulative tactics have become the norm, replacing the facility's former reputation for excellence. It's tragic to see such a valuable institution deteriorate into a place run by self-serving individuals, disregarding the needs of those who rely on them the most.

This building is old and even with all the updates that have been done, it still needs improving. The staff is touch and go, depending on what kind of day they're having. The units are small, electricity is not good, tiny closets and kitchen areas. This used to be a senior only building but is now open to people with disabilities. I wish my mom could move.

Not friendly faces at all.Staff rude only office secretary always very pleasant.
