Carmen our new Community Manager is So Wonderful! We are so happy she is here! She cares so much about the facility, the residents, the community. She wants all the residents happy! A fabulous addition to Evanston!

I can post many good comments about Avidor Evanston, but this time I just want to write about the fantastic maintenance team of Horacio and Elias. They respond to work requests promptly and do the job perfectly. And they always say hi in elevator! I'm just starting my 6th year at Avidor Evanston, so I wanted to give a special Thank You! to Horacio.

My dishwasher had stopped working and I put it a service order and in no time, Elias was at my door. He quickly diagnosed the situation and replaced the Head Board. He was very efficient and thorough. I’m so glad that Elias is here, he always does an outstanding job and he’s always friendly and helpful.

Thanks to Horatio and Elias, the incredible Avidor Maintenance Team, for their immediate response to replace my washing machine. They are truly representative of professionalism and I am grateful for their care and concern!

We had the privilege of renting here while we were in the states for some medical needs. We signed a 6 month lease. The best thing about this place is the community however. The people that live here took us in and accepted us knowing full well that we were leaving the states again in 6 months time. The business itself does much to help grow the community feel by hosting weekly get togethers and daily continental breakfast, as well as hosting holiday themed parties. Go for a tour and decide for yourself if this is a place for you.
