Easton North Apartments

Since 2022 living in this complex apartments, always making my rent payments on time I even paid twice in one month on 2023 but they kept telling me I owed an amount of money, when I started asking the person in charge of this complex, she told me I had paid twice. On November 21st I had a sewage flood issues on the whole apartment, I called maintenance department, I was told by them “ They don’t have a plumber and they will be fixing the problem on Monday 24; today it’s December 7th and I’m still dealing with the issues. The manager Mary and Jorge Gonzalez told me the apartment was fixed, even the NJ Bureau Inspector said “ There are many violations in this unit”. She treated me to do an Eviction, So I waiting for this action after I did pay just the balance of the apartment after I dedu

We lived in this place for two years. My windows overlooked a beautiful corner opposite the pool. A wonderful quiet place. The feeling that you live in the forest among the birds. The managers in the office rent Marie are always friendly and always helped to solve problems. The yard was always cleaned, unfortunately people themselves do not always clean up after their dogs, this issue must be resolved. The housing stock is in good condition and some apartments will be completely renovated, even the floors. This is good. We were happy to live here. I can recommend

This is a run down garden apartment community. Poorly maintained, it used to be a nice place. In the winter, they don't shovel the sidewalks, just the driveways and road. The management is adversarial and argumentative. Good luck getting anything fixed. They make promises they don't keep. Telling you they will fix something but never show up. One of my neighbors cars was broken into the other night, and a car was stolen right in front of the rental office. You'd think they would notify the other tenants to be vigilant and check on their vehicles, but no, they don't tell any of the tenants and just sweep the matter under the rug, hoping no one will notice. Though the apartments are very old, I liked it for peaceful environment, spacious drawing dining and very good neighbors. Most attractive part is central heating system (natural gas heating system) and cooking is included with rent. Your electricity bill will be very nominal. Market place, one Montessori School and restaurants are within walking distance. Play ground for kids, swimming pool and tennis court is also good. Some people complains about their management and community manager, but I always got the same day service. They never disappoint me in this matter. But they don't maintain regular cleaning up the sorroundings. The only thing I don't like... their laundry room. Almost 3-4 buildings share one laundry room which consists of 6 washers and 6 dryers. One year I lived at Easton North. The apartments are very old . The parking is horrible , especially when it snows. I had a dishwasher that backed up , keep in mind I never used it. The rental agent is very rude. Very noisy. I would not recommend. The amount you are charged for a 2 bedroom, you can find something much nicer somewhere else. I have rented from another Oxford Reality property and my experience was nothing like this.
