East Point Apartments & Lofts

This place is beautiful, I came to look at the property a couple months ago (as a former student I was curious as to what they done to the place) and it was amazing. I own my home but if I was in the market to rent I would live here. I ran into Kara one of the office workers while walking the grounds, and she did not disappoint she is such a sweet person, she answered every question I had with confidence and amazing customer service. She made me feel at home and I don't even rent there. She was such a pleasure to speak with. It was nice to meet someone with such passion for what she does. I just want to say thank you for allowing me to look around my old school stomping grounds it brought back so many memories!

As a former student, I love how they transformed the old east elementary building into apartments and still kept some of the school's history throughout the building. When my husband and I first was interested in applying we took a tour of the building itself and the apartment we was potentially applying for. The rent is fair given the amount of space you have in the apartment and all its amenities. Kathryn has been nothing but a sweet heart toward us, she's answered all of our questions, and seems to truly enjoy her job. She's kept in contact with us about our application, and move in date. Shes helped us every step of the way and is very professional and kind hearted. I'm excited to be able to say my apartment is in my former elementary school. Have lived here for about 9 months, I live in the aparments behind the school and they are very nice. The walls are thick so you do not hear your neighbors. They are very clean and spacious. I love living here.

It's a nice place to live at but management is truly awful never at the office or pick up the phone or email when you have an emergency or need help
