To the ECCM Management Team , I reside in Dear Creek and I've always had a problem reaching the property manager Dana. I've tried calling and emilaing multiple times, specifically regarding very important roofing assesments. She's either not available nor do I receive a response back from her. This can be quite infuriating to say the least! The one person who has always taken the time and managed to help me is Christie. When I've gone in person, she has been nothing but helpful and very competent with my needs. She's very attentive, has thoroughly assisted me with payments and transactions, and answered my questions. It's refreshing to know that the office has people that care like her. Camoy and Lali are the two wonderful and professional young ladies that helped me. And also they had a very nice notary public woman there whom also tremendously helped me. They processed everything I needed done in 5 minutes. Perfect service at this property management company.

Devin was very professional in fixing our shower. He told me exactly what was wrong and he let me watch his work. Before he left we checked his work and it was "WOW in 8 years that valve has never turned so easily". Devin is da man and plumber of the year.

Devin did an excellent job in not only finding the correct flush valve to fix my toilet but he also had it installed in less than 10 minutes.
