Eaglewood Apartments

I just moved in here a week ago and love ittt. The residents are super sweet (especially the ones with dogs.) Alexander is hilarious and a great property manager… the maintenance guy curtis that called me last night is super sweet and they handle maintenance requests super quick… The apartment was nice and clean and smelt good on move in day, no bugs or drugs around here. I would reckon these people with bad reviews are just angry bc they are entitled and dont get everything their way. Moral of the story, its affordable, the people are great, the team is attentive, you cant even hear your neighbors. We love it ova here💃

They originally showed me building 5 and had me sign the lease for it. Ends up two people signed the lease for the same apartment so they put me in building 8. They said all the apartments are the same don’t worry, they were not. I got stuck with carpet with owning cats and having a baby. I have asked multiple times to switch my lease over and they have agreed, only to never do so. Moral of the story, they lie about where they’re putting you, how their apartments look, and they don’t say anything until you’ve already paid.

I've been here for 4 years. This place was great when I first moved here. Since then loud noises, music, people coming in and out and I've made my complaints. Cops are showing up daily. Don't come here. It used to be great. Diamond s llc really doesn't do anything. No use in telling them. Just move anywhere else but stay away from here.

I am the new property manager here, I also live on site. I am working as hard as I can to make this an awesome place to live and raise a small family. The owner has already made huge improvements to the property. We have new landscaping and all of the trees/shrubs have been trimmed. Our maintenance guy is also working hard to give us all a fun place for evening BBQs, he has refurbished the picnic tables and takes time each day to pick up any trash that is on the property. I love my job and will go above and beyond for any tenant or new applicant. So if you are looking for a rental in the Nixa area reach out and give us a try! Also remember that most bad reviews are due to the tenant not getting a full refund of their deposits or they did not follow rules and had to be given a lease violat

Look at any other apartment in Nixa but this. Really bad experience all around. The landlord/manager will be breathing down your neck every chance they can to point out something they don’t like. They have a horrible reputation for calling the police on people for no reason but will make up lies to sweeten their accusations. Do yourself a favor and avoid future headaches. I’ve lived in this city for 25 years and am not alone on my opinion.
