Hallmark management company doesn't provide any maintenance service after business hours. Not even a phone number to speak to a human in maintenance. Locked out for 2 hours..from 7PM to 9:00PM and we're still sitting here waiting. Maintenance was here earlier today and did an inspection and then locked me out when they left. Hallmark owns thousands of properties around here and they don't have any maintenance personnel on call? C'mon.
