Nate was absolutely amazing to work with during this whole home buying process. He was very clear on what we needed to send off in order to get prequalified and approved and made the signing process a breeze with the e-signing! Nate also made himself available at anytime through out the process if we had questions, and always kept us in the loop of where we were at in the process so we never felt in the dark while stuff while processing. When it came to signing, there was even a small issue between the title co and lender, and Nate jumped right on it and even worked through the weekend to rectify the issue which was awesome. He truly moved mountains for us and did it so quickly that we were able to get prequalified and close on a home in just a little over a month! Couldn’t have asked for
