Abbey Orchard I and II

I use to have a lot of respect for this company. Now it's gone. They had a 30 year contract with the city of nixa to keep rent affordable. The contract ended this year and they raised the rent to 945. To everyone else that's decent. But the retired seniors living there won't be able to pay that for long and the landlord WILL NOT work with the residents until they find another place to go. Just greedy. Shame on them.There isn't any upgrades or repairs being done either. Broken windows. Damaged rails. And a couple of sink holes.

I love Treasa! I have live in abbey orchard for almost 6 years. She is like a mother to me. And I highly recommend living there.

I have lived in these apartments for a year now and love them. Teresa the manager is amazing and the maintenance crew is very quick to respond when there are things that need to be addressed. Highly recommended!

I have lived in these apartments for about 4-5 years. We love it here. It has a playground and workout place. The landlord is great too. Theresa has been so helpful these past two years. She’s always working so hard to make sure our needs are met as tenants.

Ok....so Dena is gone. Bonus. But my rent has gone up over $80 in the 3 years that I have been here but without any real justification as to why. This is supposed to be income based but they rates keep going up.. We have a revolving maintenance staff that management can't seem to keep happy. They are constantly quitting. Building and parking lot preventative maintenance hasn't been done the entire time I have been here. Now I have a bed bug issue for the first time in my life. The apartment has been heat treated once which didn't fix the issue. Now my kids and I are being blamed for "bringing them back in " when I'm pretty sure the treatment done less than 10 days ago never worked. This has happened before to a couple living in a different unit. They refuse to check the adjoining apartme
