Eaglebrook Apartments

We have really enjoyed living in these apartments and honestly wish we moved in sooner. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly neighbors, full washer and dryer in unit, huge walk in closet in master room, dog waste bag stations, very pet friendly, same day fast maintenance, and we love that the garage is physically attached to your apartment! The remodeled apartments are nicely updated. Really wish they had a small fenced in dog park like their neighbors at Eagles Nest.

Ethically corrupt / greedy owners. Extremely strong cigarette smoke smell (Medically disabled person in the unit below ours). Spent 1 night there and couldn't sleep. In addition to the general health concerns, I have allergies that flared very bad. It was so bad that when I stepped out of the apartment I could taste the smoke as if I had spent the night in the casino or smokey bar. Not only did this destroy some of our clothes and items that we had in the apartment, but I had to take an extra day of PTO from work and absorb ALL of the associated costs with moving a second time to an apartment that was much higher priced because it was the only availability in the area same day. Terrible place to live. They charge for everything including garbage removal. Very overpriced for a place that doesn’t treat the residence well. When I moved in the carpets were not cleaned the apartment was filthy. The dishwasher was disgusting and I had to have it replaced. I fell and broke my foot because they did not clean the sidewalk off properly. Then, when I told them that I fell and broke my foot, it took them a week to clean the sidewalk. They had attitudes every time I came into the office to ask question. A dog constantly chased me that did not belong on the property and they would not do anything about it. The pool was disgusting and always dirty.

I’ve had such a great experience from start to finish. Lindsay was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the application and move in process. I had a maintenance issue come up, and it was addressed and completed within just a couple of hours. Great neighborhood, quiet, and wonderful place for families.

I lived in Eaglebrook from December 2021 - December 2023. I had a great experience and enjoyed living there. Lindsay was always helpful and responded promptly. I had a couple of minor maintenance requests while I there and they were always quick to help and get the issue resolved.
