Eagle Village Apartments

I’ve been living at Eagle Village Apartments for a few months now, and it’s honestly been a great experience. The management team is super responsive and friendly. Requests are always handled quickly, and any issues are always followed up on. The amenities are a huge plus, like the game room, social room, and study room. All of these areas are always kept clean and in great condition. I also appreciate how safe and quiet the building feels, while still being conveniently located near TTU. As someone who is attending the university, it is nice to have the off-campus feel while still being walking distance from campus. Overall, I would definitely recommend Eagle Village to anyone looking for a cozy, well-run place to live.

Eagle village was a great college apartment for our son. The communication with management was easy and they always responded promptly to any questions. The apartment was clean and in a great location within walking distance to campus. The complex was quiet and the neighbors were respectful. I highly recommend Eagle Village apartments.

I have been a tenant here at Eagle Village North for the past year and have had a great experience. The staff is so incredibly nice and is always there to help anytime it's needed. If you're looking for a greatly priced one bedroom/studio apartment with all utilities included, this is a great place to be!

Lived here for a year and decided to move out as soon as my lease ended. If you can tolerate the following, it might be a decent place: 1. No individual control over the AC system. In winter, if your neighbor decides to blast cold air, your heat disappears — literally. I ended up catching a severe cold because of this and had to go to the ER. 2. No wired internet outside the main building. Units outside the main building rely entirely on spotty, unreliable Wi-Fi. The signal often slows down or drops for no reason, making it a nightmare for remote work or gaming. 3. Terrible ventilation. The AC has no fresh air intake function, and if you don’t keep your windows open, indoor CO₂ levels can exceed 2000ppm in just an hour. You’ll feel drowsy, get headaches — it’s genuinely uncomfortable in bo

First the good...location is great! You can easily walk to class or cafeteria even in bad weather, second the onsite staff was nice....that's pretty much all the good. The bad...first it is a very very basic apartment..not a full kitchen, bedroom and living room all in one..basically it is a dorm room...a very expensive dorm room! Also and Very important, look at the lease carefully..they only do yearly leases from August to July...so if you would graduate in December, well you're out of luck. Stayed there for two years based on location alone, but when asked for a 6 month lease to graduate, I was told no, period...either move out or fork out another 7K..I chose to move out to a more secure place. The owners are not there to help students at all, just in it for the money in my opinion.
