Eagle Rock Apartments at MetroWest

Would not recommend living here. Management is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Important concerns are ignored, and communication is either last-minute or nonexistent. There is also an ongoing roach issue in the building. I’ve personally dealt with them in my unit and have seen them in common areas like hallways, and other residents have reported the same. Don’t be naive like I was and disregard the roach-related reviews — they are true. Most recently, they attempted to enter my unit without proper notice, despite me clearly stating my availability due to work and having a dog. Then tried to enforce a $100 “non-compliance” fee that is nowhere in my lease. Overall, this place lacks organization, accountability, and basic respect for tenants. My experience at Eagle Rock apartments Metro West has been a great one! Thanks to Clara she made me feel right at home. She was very helpful with the whole moving in process. I recently moved into the complex and have been living here for around 5 months. I absolutely adore it and find it to be such an amazing price (in a heavily inflated economy) for the space and amenities. The leasing office is incredibly helpful and works to the best of their ability to help resolve any issues or complaints you have. Martine, in particular, has always made sure to prioritize answering my questions regardless of how minute they may be. Naturally, the complex has the standard issues with pests and cleanliness at times, but nothing that takes away from my experience. The team has truly helped me feel right at home.

Got my car toed at the visitor parking lot. I’ve been seeing my partner here for multiple days a week over 5 months. No problems has ever happened until now they say you need a sticker for a “visitor”. I have always seen spots open here day and night. Yet no says now you need a sticker for being a visitor, awful crew running the place. Would definitely not recommend living here if you have a small family.
