Eagle Rock Apartments at Framingham

I stayed in this apartment community for over 3 and a half years. The support from the management team has always been excellent. A special thank you to Kelly for her constant help and kindness, and to Jenna for always being so supportive and responsive. The community offers a great kids’ play area. A highly recommended place to stay!

She showed us the apartment with so much care and attention, explained every detail clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Everything was very fast — we sent the application yesterday and today my friend already signed the contract! No unnecessary bureaucracy, just efficiency and kindness. I lived at Eagle Rock Apartments for 4 years. While my experience was positive at first, thanks to helpful and responsive staff such as Jenna; everything changed after a shift in management. Unfortunately, the apartment became plagued by an acute roach and mice (and possibly rat) infestation. No matter how often I cleaned, mice consistently left droppings throughout the unit. This isn’t just unpleasant; it’s unsafe, with real health risks like hantavirus, which can be deadly. Although management sent pest control on several occasions, these were only temporary solutions and did not solve the underlying pest problem. The leasing office staff ( Kerry, Jenna, and Matt)where great at getting me into an apartment that would fit my needs.They where friendly and knowledgeable of the units and area. The Maintenance staff Lewis, Jose and Raymond all worked hard on making sure my apartment was clean and ready to move in. Love my new home. Thank you Georgetown Eaglerock staff and Maintenance. 💗

If you have started living here, your packages are no longer safe. Since moving here, I can’t even remember how many of my packages have gone missing. There is clearly a thief here, and for over a year no action has been taken. There are no cameras at the entrances. If there are any cameras in this area, they are only for protecting the office staff’s own belongings. I pay for the Luxer One package room, but they avoid responsibility by saying that the camera there does not belong to residents. When a package goes missing and I report it to the office, they simply say, “We’re sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” There is a separate room called the “mail room,” but its door has no lock and stays open until late at night, allowing anyone to enter freely.
