Eagle Homes

Hiring Eagle Homes was the worst decision we have ever made. We hired them to build a 24 x 15 ft pool house outbuilding. Nothing extravagant, a fairly basic pavilion structure. Signed a contract in March 2025. Took 3 months to get engineer plans and permitting. At one point I had to call the permitting office myself which finally resulted in getting approval. Once permitted and ready to begin took another month to get started. Job was estimated to take 8-12 weeks. We had a few change orders (ordinary) and a difficult building inspector that caused additional delays (not their fault). We are now in month TEN (over 40 weeks) and are not complete. We had one really good sub-contractor and the rest have been horrible. Poor workmanship causing further delays having to fix all their mista

I cant say enough great things about Eagle Homes. The crew took care of everything. They took part of the attic and made it into a beautiful office with skylights. The crew and sub-contractors were all very professional and everyone assured me that the work was guaranteed. This was a difficult build with many inspections for hvac, electrical, structure, etc... They communicated with me daily to explain next steps and once the build was finished they checked in to be sure the quality was what I expected. I would highly recommend Eagle Homes.

Highly recommend Eagle Homes! We recently renovated our master bathroom and the process with Patrick and his team was amazing! They truly care about their clients and want them to be happy. Everyone that works with them are very professional and they respected our home. I can't say enough great things about Patrick, Rob and Cole. I will definitely use them for any projects in the future.

Eagle Homes has been wonderful to work with. From our very first meeting with Patrick, where he helped us with our design and talked us through the whole process, we knew we were in good hands. We were building from 300 miles away so it took a lot of communication and trust. Mike was great about keeping us up to date and sending pictures. Any issues were quickly addressed and taken care of. Mike and Cole's attention to detail and pride in their work translated into a beautiful home. We could not be happier! The follow up has also been great. Highly recommend Eagle Homes! We felt comfortable with Patrick and his team from day one. Both Rob and Emily contributed so much from project management, construction design ideas to ordering materials in a timely manner. Patrick understood exactly what we were trying to achieve with our remodeling project and even added his own insights and ideas to take our renovation to the next level. His initial estimate was comprehensive and detailed such that we were able to see the upfront costs and limit surprises throughout the project.
