I recommend that you do not come here to this apartment complex. They will always charge you for services that you do not get, they will always charge you for services that have already passed more than months and without realizing it you have to pay for them and if you claim them they are offended and only say that you have to pay them without explanations, customer service is disgusting they do not solve and do not help you at all. They honestly deserve zero stars. I have a thousand reasons to move from where my contract ends and I'm leaving Think 1, 2 and 3 times before coming here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Z is hands down the BEST maintenance man I have ever come across. His turnaround time for work orders is unbelievably fast — it’s almost like he shows up before I even hit “submit”! He works in such a timely and efficient manner, never cutting corners, and he always takes the time to make sure everything is done right the first time. What really sets Z apart is his incredible customer service. He doesn’t just fix things — he makes sure I am completely satisfied and comfortable as a tenant before he leaves. Z goes above and beyond every single time, and I truly feel lucky to have him here. Management, please know that Z is a GEM and deserves all the recognition!

Do not move here. I lived in apartment 1305 and had to deal with roaches and gnats no matter how much I sprayed. The ceiling was not repaired correctly and there was also mold in the bathroom and where the hot water heater was located. My restroom flooded 3 months straight and maintenance only came twice. The roaches live inside of the borders on the floor and also any crack that they can find in the ceiling. Once I saw them crawling in my bed, I had to get away!!! Do not rent out this unit because it will be a headache.

victor and zee came and broke the rest of my broken wall down and fixed it within 15 minutes !! very quick and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed same day !! Ive only been here 2 months and every time i have had a issue zee was there to work quickly and efficiently. management is lucky to have him !! 10/10 maintenance men thank you

Don’t move here Horrible management not at all organized. You will also 100% get any packages stolen Not at all a good place to move into. If I could give zero stars I would
