Dwell Townhomes

Our stay at Dwell Townhones have been great thus far! We are currently in our 2nd year lease. The staff, property manger Ann and her assistant Destiny are always there to answer and questions via phone or in person and very professional. Maintenance staff comes out within 24 hours or less and Joe, kudos to you! He pays attention to details when comes to complete a work order. Keep up the good work!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I really haven’t had any major issues. It’s a pretty nice quiet neighborhood as well. I will say that the units are a little outdated but they still look good and function as they should. I’ve only had a couple issues with my unit since I’ve been here and maintenance was very quick to fix it. Joe was the guy who recently just fixed my leaky faucet. He was very friendly and a quick worker! Many thanks to Joe!

The gym has been closed to the tenants for nearly three years. There is almost no access to the front office.

From the beginning of move in everything has been good. My apartment in particular is renovated and nicely done. I have a corner unit three bedroom. Neighborhood is quiet people are friendly. Office staff responds rather quickly to a communications.

Dwell Townhomes is a nice place to call home. Though I've only been here shortly I'm enjoying living here. Ann, the Property Manager is ahmazing! She's friendly, honest and professional. She's made me feel welcome from the day I came to check our the community. Richard, from Maintenance is great! I had a few minor repairs needed and they were completed within my first day here. I definitely recommend living here.
