I vacated this property on March 31, 2025 and have been trying to recover my $700 security deposit since then. After multiple attempts to reach the property management team, I eventually received a breakdown of deductions. However, despite several requests, no invoices, receipts, or supporting documentation have been provided to justify those deductions. I also asked for an appointment to discuss the charges but did not receive a response. To show that the apartment was left in good condition, I shared photos taken immediately after vacating the property. The lack of transparency and communication around the security deposit process has been disappointing. Tenants should not have to make repeated attempts just to get basic information regarding their deposit. I hope the management improv

I give Durham Woods 5 Stars because I moved In 3 months ago and I am VERY happy with Maintenance, the Office staff and my apartment. A lot of closet space, spacious rooms, full washer and dryer in my apartment. I've had no issues with anything. It's a little pricey but the amenities you get in your apartment and assigned parking. Its worth it. BEST MOVE I made.

It has been over 30 days since I moved out, and I have not received my security deposit. I was charged $600 for a torn screen without any invoice or proof of repair. I am requesting an itemized statement and the remaining balance immediately. My attempts to resolve this have been met with unprofessional behavior, including maintenance hanging up on me. Please resolve this promptly.

Snow cleaning is not done properly. The truck pushes all the snow under and around parked cars instead of fully clearing the road. This leaves residents responsible for cleaning all the snow themselves.
