Would give 0 Stars if I could. Moved into a 2 bed duplex on Virginia last year and that house was a monstrous disaster from the beginning, with no smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and exposed wires I had to spend a lot of my own money just to make that house livable with no help from Dunc1. Any maintenance issues wrong with the house they refused to answer on so I would have to go get the parts to fix it myself. Moved out at the end of my lease and haven’t heard a word from them on getting my security deposit back after they denied an end of lease tour. Texted both the main number and their personal Facebooks and got blocked the second I mentioned the security deposit. Would absolutely not rent from them again no matter how desperate. Dunc1 deserves no stars. They will not return my security deposit.. They will not answer their phone or responded through mail. I feel everyone needs to band together and sue them. Put a stop to slumlords.

The properties are run down,to say the least. Bad wiring, the kitchen light constantly had problems and they wouldn't fix the outlet to the fridge that I had to provide as well as stove. They refuse to communicate, and their voicemail is always full, and they do not answer emails. Be wary, they will do anything to keep your deposit, and even if you are getting assistance, they won't work with you. Find another landlord. This was the second time I was forced to rent from them. 1st time was 22 years ago. They've not gotten any better. No pest control, the place was sinking and the doors won open and close.

I was staying in one of their houses. I lost my section 8. I had to move, due to that. I called the police to remove people who where stealing my personal property. After I called the police to put them out. Dunc 1 went over there and changed the locks. I was not able to get my any of my important information, ( social security cards, birth certificates). This is really stressful. Tired of all these rental management company's treating us like we didn't help them pay their taxes on the land. We need more understanding then what is being told to us in a lease. The landlord and there tenants need to sit down and come up with a lease that is not going to make the tenants responsible for thing's we had no control over like bugs,mold, and any thing else that was not the fault of the new tenants

I would give a zero if I could. Not responded at all. Pretty bad when I kept calling due to water leaking in a light that worked. Had to leave a note on my rent check to even get a response and it still took 3 weeks. Now it's come down to getting my deposit back and can't even get a response out of them. Now, bet if you don't pay rent on time they would respond asap! It's time you get in contact with me so I can get my deposit back. I cleaned the place before I left. Now a neighbor that I kept in contact with told me that when we had that wind storm that the roof came off. So I'm guessing they're going to try to use that as if it was my fault. Mind you I moved out 2 weeks before that storm. I'm also guessing that I'll have to contact a lawyer before I'll get my deposit back.
