Dulles Greene apartments by Harbor Group management shows EXTREMELY POOR handling of the recent snowstorm. Residents have been put through an incredibly frustrating and frankly unsafe situation. When a community experiences a major snowstorm, residents should be able to count on basic, proactive management: salting before the storm, timely plowing, and ensuring that entrances and sidewalks remain accessible. Lack of preparation Not salting roads and sidewalks before a known storm is a basic failure. It makes everything worse afterward and puts Residents at risk. Insufficient snow removal During and after the storm, plowing was inconsistent and ineffective. Going Above and Beyond!! I want to thank Adrian so much! He really goes above and beyond for his residents. With the snowstorm that we had I was outside trying to shovel my car out and no questions asked, I heard someone next to me breaking up the ice and it was Adrian he help me so much stayed with me until I got my car out!! He’s an Outstanding Representative for Dulles Greene! I can’t thank him enough for stepping up and helping a resident out! Thanks again! You are amazing Adrian!!!

I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! The community is friendly, welcoming, and well-maintained, making it a great place to call home. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met. They are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about creating a positive living experience. Whether it's maintenance requests or simply answering questions, they handle everything promptly and professionally. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here. It's more than just an apartment—it's a community where I feel valued and comfortable. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

The community itself is nice, and the residents are pleasant. My issue is with the office staff. When you are touring or in the process of getting an apartment, the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, once you become a resident, the attitude noticeably changes. There have been multiple times where staff appear annoyed when I walk into the office, sigh at simple questions, or make it feel like asking for help is an inconvenience. the guy “ pierce or someone with a similar name is the guy i recently had this experience with Requesting maintenance or calling for updates should not feel like you are bothering the office, but unfortunately that has been my experience. sometimes it even feels like racism is in act here , It creates an unwelcoming environment and reflects poorly on cust

My experience was very good and the staff that worked with me was very courteous and attended to my needs. I was told by the phone intake person when I called earlier to set up appointment for viewing the apartment that the promotion/special was a free administrative fee. I will pay the $400 fee and that will be deducted from my first month rent. When I signed the apartment lease, Dulles Greene did not honor their promise. I hope they can make good on their promotional/specials as indicated.
