If I could give Teresa 100 stars I would. When we moved to Austin from San Diego in 2016 we purchased a custom home from Teresa, a beautiful custom home! The attention to detail, the design and all the high-end finishes sold us. We had several projects after we moved in and we hired Teresa to complete them. Everything Teresa did was done on-time, professional and exactly what we wanted., her subs were great too! Another benefit of having Teresa build your house or do your remodel is that she is always there when you need her. I adopted 2 puppies who destroyed 4 of my kitchen cabinets . My first phone call was to Teresa, she was there the next day and my cabinets were fixed like new within the week. As long as we live in Texas Teresa is our builder.

We have had Teresa and her firm do remodeling work on our home a couple of times. We have found her to be transparent, honest, and dependable. The subs she uses seem to be the best in the trade. Her and Brian were always available, and they came quickly when I had questions about the project. Teresa also has a real flair for interiors. I highly recommend her work.

Would highly recommend! Teresa has done several projects for our family over the past 20 years. She's got incredible knowledge and fantastic taste. Above all, she is an advocate for her clients and advises on high quality vs. high price tags - and where to spend $$ to get the most bang for the buck. She has always been transparent about budget/spend and uses a software platform that allows the client to see exactly where the project stands, what's been purchased/completed, and what is outstanding. Truly a remarkable woman!

We talked to several builders and ultimately decided on Duffin Custom Homes because Teresa was very responsive to our inquiries and was not at all daunted by our remodel/addition/barn construction project. As with any remodel, unexpected situations arose, but Teresa and Brian were able to adapt to changes on the fly. They, and her subs had critical creative solutions for a complicated remodel and major addition. The quality of construction and finishes was first rate. We are extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to hire Duffin Custom Homes again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I thought this review is warranted. I just want everyone to know what an incredible builder/designer/ and a person Teresa Duffin is. She has built 4 homes for customers of mine, that purchased large tracts of land in the Central Texas Area, over the past 4 years. Each home was done brilliantly with attention to detail and staying within budgets including hiring the right architect for the job at hand. You would be hard pressed to find anyone with more passion and talent than Teresa Duffin with Duffin Custom Homes.
