Driftwood

I am quite pleased with my new 1bdrm. The community is friendly, quiet and filled with gardens and decorations. We are a long walk to the beach with a park and community centers along the way. Athena is in the office and Cesar of Maintenance are outstanding!

Athena the property manager is very professional, helpful, patient and knowledable. She goes out of her way to help with any concerns. The maintenance tech, Caesar, was very quick to resolve concerns in the apartment. The complex is quiet and friendly.

Horrible place to live. Full of bugs and stray cats throughout the neighborhood. Loved here for a year and never had 1 maintenance request completed out of 5. New office manager every 3 months. Had a stove fire caused by faulty wiring with no smoke alarms and exposed electrical wires throughout the apartment. And now they are trying to charge me for repairs. No one will answer you back from upper management because they have no idea what they are doing or how to run a property. Horrible experience that now is ending in a legal battle. If they stopped hiring uneducated employees it might be decent

The leasing office is perfect and knows how to save the day! If you want to live somewhere awesome in Florida this place is the spot !

Lived here for two years. It wasn’t bad, the apartments really need updating for what they are charging people though. Can take some time to get stuff fixed but for one person it was ok. Quiet area and nice neighbors.
