I feel Blessed to have Kristan as apartment manager. Her cheerful countenance, business acumen, kindness and compassion drew us to Drexel. She makes people feel at home and she's always willing to listen and to guide. This is not the norm across all complexes. I appreciate having a very nice and approachable apartment manager!

Great location, you can walk anywhere! Sweet landlord, I so attached to this location!!! I highly recommend it here, if your looking for apartments, cozy lounge room in the leasing office!

Kristan Ferrentino is by far the most friendliest and gregarious woman. I’ve had the pleasure of coming into introduction with. Her tremendous amount of patience and customer service skills are tremendous. She really goes out of your way to make you feel comfortable and it is whenever you have any problems that arise, and is an extremely patient woman. As Property Manager would say she was one of the greatest individuals I’ve came across. Just a real person. Dave is a very kind and extremely patient man at a drop of a hat. He helps you with justified anything before I left. He actually gave me an Allen wrench to keep the staff is very heartfelt and make you feel as though you’re part of a community and a great one at that.
