Downtown Commons Apartments

fairly nice apartments, but admittedly sort of pricey for what they are - but I suppose you're mainly paying for the location, which is nearly slap in the middle of downtown Anderson. fairly quiet, most people seem to keep to themselves. it is sort of strange tho, their plumbing system is so closely integrated that if your neighbors toilet gets clogged, occasionally yours will be too, even if you're flushing an empty toilet... their clog may still cause your toilet to overflow for no apparent reason. I do quiet enjoy the open-roof courtyard area, located in the middle of the complex, which all units front doors are facing into. the statue in the middle of aforementioned courtyard however, has always puzzled me, or at least it has since upon close inspection of it, you realize the statue-wo
