This the worst place I have ever rented from this place deserves a zero star if that was an option constant bugs and mind you I moved in back in march let alone them not having the unit properly ready toilet seats I changed out my alert I cleaned the whole unit myself the maintenance here that says he has 20years experience ain’t worth a damn I’ve don’t maintenance myself and I can see issues that need to be addressed and fixed right away this is a small complex should not take forever to get some one scheduled to come and fix certain things. Let alone since we had the thunder storms on my first night here my living room window was leaking tons of water into the unit. For them to come and “fix” it took more than 3 months yet what they supposedly fixed was gonna fix it it most certainly mad

This place was an absolute nightmare. One of the bathrooms was not usable shortly after we moved in. The unit was so old that my utility bill would run $300 or more just to keep my apartment at 75 degrees, sometimes hotter. Maintenance never did anything, even after telling me my unit was old. During covid, I tested positive, and the unit started leaking. Management said they couldn’t do anything until I had a negative test. My entire hallway was soaked and standing in water for two weeks. A hole developed in my ceiling in my bathroom, above my shower. The maintenance guy came and put some spackle over it instead of repairing the actual leak. Of course, the hole developed again, and I saw black mold all in the area. Nothing was done about this, and the hole was spackled over again. Why tel

My son & I lived at Dover Glen for about seven years . The landlord is super easy to get along with and very professional. We loved how Wilson Morgan Park is in walking distance. Walmart Super center, Starbucks & a host of restaurants and convenience stores close by.

Yesterday night there's a African American boy he looks maybe 13 or 14 who stays near apartments 186 who was outside at 12pm screaming and blasting music with a group of girls who was saying racial slurs screaming into his phone and it had gotten so bad to the point where my kids woke up crying and complaining and I couldn't get any sleep for work . Other than that the place has been doing a tad better on some of the issues that had been going on they have been keeping the laundry mat clean and nice looking I read a few other reviews and they have been issues on roaches infestation even tho mines doesn't have any it will still be nice to fix that issue before it. Comes to my apartment :)

I have lived @ Dover Glen for over a year now & would recommend anyone looking for a family oriented place to move here. All of the neighbors are respectful. Also we just got a refresh on the outside & it is beautiful. I have a recently renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath & have plenty of space.. Feels like home. Looking forward to continue living here 😊😊
