Trash everywhere! They need cameras to actually fine or evict people. Residents intentionally just throw trash everywhere, outside of the trash can. The trash is open all they have to do is throw it in properly but they don’t. Animals come tear through the bags and spread trash everywhere! Residents are so lazy, and obviously don’t care about living in a nice environment. It’s sad. Whoever has the pink trash bags does it all of the time! I hope this trash issue is resolved. I’ve never seen anything like it.

It doesn’t matter who runs the office apparently, During the time I lived there, I had a few issues with break-ins potential near break-ins shots fired in a complex and seeing people die in the complex from pure stupidity. And now that I’m gone, I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone so I can get a reason why I can’t get my return deposit on my unit. That was absolutely spotless when I moved out. If you move here, be prepared for them to keep your money, regardless of what kind of condition you left your unit in.

The manager/employees were rude as I requested information about the apartment complex to preform customer service. Better service is wanted especially when it is for servicing tenants and helping during the busy holiday season.

Moved in a months ago with Mr. Jones I can’t complain about my apartments big size rent is affordable! The professionalism, the staff show Ms. Rhonda, Mr. Jones is cut above the rest! I love my apartment! An can’t wait for the pool to open!

I call this place the modern day projects. The apartment looks nice but they’re cheaply built. The management sucks. I lived there for 11 months and was miserable. Every time I looked up it was something about “my unit” and I was never at home because that’s how much I hate it over there. My neighbors the ones who were “making bogus complaints” went into my unit when I wasn’t there for a week and stole all me and my children brand new belongings upon more of my own investigation I notice that one of the team members unlocked my door and never locked it back. My neighbor across the hall who has a doorbell camera notice it and knows that I’m never home went inside of it.
