Douglass Gardens Apartments

I lived here for 2 yrs moved out and moved back. The unit I am in is upgraded with a washer and dryer and a beautiful balcony! Douglass Gardens is pet friendly but unfortunately some people do not pick up after their dog, this is not the complex fault. There is assigned parking with visitors spots available. Unfortunately, the 2 day rule is not enforced here and some tend to leave their cars for weeks in one spot!! Maintenance is Incredible!! They are always maintaining the property and when it snows are out there working very hard! Good job guys, your hard work does not go unnoticed. The neighborhood and community here is very friendly.

I've been living at douglas gardens for i think 5 years and let me tell you. Management, Alejandra, and the maintenance guys are awesome out of this world. Always here to help really welcoming, and good vibes. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could.

I lived at Douglas Gardens for almost 10 years. The apts are nice and spacious, and the building and landscaping are always clean. However, the real credit goes to the office manager, Emilia. From the day I applied for the apartment until the day I moved out, Emilia was extremely helpful and professional. She genuinely cares about her tenants and always made sure that any issues were promptly resolved. She consistently went above and beyond. I’m not sure how she manages to oversee so many apartments, but she is amazing at her job !

I’ve been Living in Douglas Garden apartment over 11 years and they very supportive and helpful and they always help you. I would like to thank them very much for letting me live here there all this time you guys are very good on your maintenance. I know I’m very good with your management and you take care of things very quickly wouldn’t need it.

I lived here for one year and truly would have stayed longer had I not been relocated for work. I lived on the top floor which had a nice balcony over a grassy area where I could see neighbors walking their dogs and hanging out. I loved saying hi to everyone as I relaxed outside. Everyone is genuinely friendly and happy to see each other. Parking for my guests was never really a challenge as there are a lot of spots. The area is quiet, comfy, and has tons within walking distance. My dog was welcomed which is great, and got to make some friends too. Property manager Emilia was incredibly sweet and helpful every time I spoke with her. She responds quickly and makes sure to solve any issue that comes her way. I only had to call maintenance once in my time there and they responded quickly as w
