I had the pleasure of working with Louis Sivak from the Yellow Door Team of Douglas Realty. Both Louis and the team were very responsive and patient with all of my requests. Once we discussed the options and squared in on what kind of place I was looking for, they were constantly updating me on different locations and opportunities. Even when quarantine began, they kept in touch and tracked different properties of interest. As a first time buyer, this was all new and they were there to support my needs. In the end, I also had a time constraint on the buy and they were able to accommodate the request. I can't speak highly enough on the effort and attention I got from the team. Brad and his team were unbelievable. We had been given a 60 day notice by our landlord (they wanted to move back in) and thought with such a short time limit, there was no way we could become homeowners. NOPE! Brad & team busted butt to get us out and looking at houses the weekend after we got our notice, so we were already under contract by the following weekend.
