I had a wonderful experience with Jamie! She showed me the red apartment and I was signing the lease 3-4 days later. Doris was just as pleasant and accommodating! I will definitely recommend Kennedy LI Realty

False advertising- came across a rental on Facebook and wanted to inquire. Then asked me about a different rental which wasnt what I inquired about. Her response was “Im sorry” when asked if this is different than what the pictures shows. When I called her out she blocked me. Unprofessional. And looking at other reviews, it looks like she does this frequently.

If I could put ZERO STARS I would. I reached out to inquire about a listing on their site and the owner of the brokerage herself responded nastily assuming I should have known information about the house that wasn't even mentioned anywhere in the listings. Absolutely uncalled for especially when trying to sell a property. Zero professionalism or class. I'm not surprised to see many other bad reviews on here from unsatisfied clients. Best of luck to this business, they really need it.

Terrible customer service. I kept calling about a house for rent. No agents were ever in the office to take my call. The receptionist got nasty with me after my 3rd day calling. She didn’t answer the phone when I called again (I guess she recognized my number) I called from a different number 1 minute later and she answered! I finally got a call back from an agent 2 weeks later. The house wasn’t ready on the date specified. The agent still didn’t return my call after waiting on the landlord to make a decision and that was a month ago!

I had a wonderful experience with Kennedy Long Island Realty. Doris (and staff) were very knowledgeable and helpful walking us through the process & sale of our home. If we decide to own again, we will be back. Thank you again Kennedy Long Island Realty!
